    The new iPad 3 video download question

    So I just got the new iPad 3 and I'm curious, I'm in a area where there's no Wi-Fi but I have the Verizon Wi-Fi 4G do I really need to be in a Wi-Fi area to download movies or rent movies from iTunes please someone help
