It's best to use the PC/Mac version for this.... Not even sure it's possible on the iOS app.

In Dropbox??? When I'm on my PC and wanting to put a large number of files into Dropbox I actually drag the folder into my Dropbox folder (I had a lot of spreadsheets in a folder last week and handled it this way). If the files are in Dropbox and you want to move them within folders personally I would open Dropbox on my PC, do Cntrl/click and drag them from one folder to another just as I do any other files--but I'm using Windows. If you are on Ipad, I think I would still handle it from my PC--its easier since you can't actually move files around IN Dropbox on your Ipad and otherwise on Ipad it would entail opening in something like Goodreader, move them around there and then resave-thinking about how I would do that--on Ipad.

Definitely perform that function on your PC. Extremely easy to do - I do not have it loaded on our iMac, yet my W7 machine is as easy as dragging/dropping or cutting/pasting between folders. Just organize your Dropbox folder (on your PC) like you want to see it on your iPad.
