I don't know if I'd try any of them, but Googling FaceTime Social Network gets plenty of hits.

When FaceTime was new, Apple had a toll free number you could make calls to, just to test the app. I think it went to one of their Apple Stores. I wonder if it still exists.
Here is a 2010 article with the number. I suppose you could try it. Best to wait for U.S. business hours.

Hey Contra, just make sure both parties are hooked up to wi-fi when you call. (just a heads up. It may sound basic, but it's not always obvious).
