My ipad2 will not charge and it is still under warranty. I have tried three different USB plugs and none will work! What can I do?

Under warranty, take it back to the Apple store...

Have you tried connecting the adaptor to another power outlet?Plugging the adaptor into an outlet with no power will show the symptoms you describe.Try it before returning the iPad for warranty service.

Yes I would try a different outlet also.

If you mean computer or other power supply USB plugs, be aware that many older computers and most other USB power supplies do not supply enough power to charge an iPad while it is on. Use the power supply that came with the iPad. If that does not work, by all means contact Apple. Your power supply and cord are covered under warrantee (I'm pretty sure).
