We want to create a text book for our students who use ipad. We want to create this uinsg ibooks author.
We do not wish to charge them anything. So what is our option:
Do we put it on itunes and then let them download for free. But then anyone would and we do not want others to get it for free

Or can we just give them like you would give some one a pdf file

Been that you created the book your self it is really easy. You can use the same ibook author "IBA menu" and select "Share / Send Email" However if the book is to big in size then you may want to consider putting the book in some service like dropbox and then sending them a link to download the book.
