I'm sorry but I don't understand what you're trying to say, can you give us more info to go by?

Lol, didnt understand a word of that, but it's sounds exciting

Some pages contains elements which triggers an action e.g. roll out menu items or shows popup if you mouse over them. On touch devices without a mouse this is not possible so he wants to know how to overcome it :-)

If it works at all, it is usually tap and hold, then drag your finger to what you want to select (if it appears).

Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Try this page for example - http://itsk.sk. If you would mouse over the top menu (the gray one) the sub menu bellow would change. If you tap and hold on iPad a context menu will appear so no chance how to mouse over :-( If you click on it, the menu bellow will change but page is refreshed so it's useless. So I would say no real hover on touch devices...
