Can anyone tell me how to delete messages and set up message folders in this ap? Tks.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

I'm not sure which app your speaking about, so I'll assume it's iMessage, to delete you can press the edit tab in the left hand column and delete like that or swipe right to left on any of the messages in this column too. To delete individual messages, do this in the right hand column by pressing the box which has an arrow and select to delete. I don't think you can set up folders, someone else may know more

Hi thanks for taking the time to respond. The app I am talking about is this one, the IPad forum. There is a message section. For example when I joined the forum, I got a welcome message and I am trying to figure out how to delete it. I just don't like to keep a lot of old messages as they eventually eat up capacity. I was also trying to figure out how to set up folders for the messages I do want to keep. Can you steer me in the right direction? Tks John

You know I actually did think of the Forum app, but then I thought you wouldn't have had Messages yet, sorry about that. To delete a message just swipe right to left on the message itself and a delete tab will appear, just press this to delete. I've never thought of folders before so I'm not aware if any can be made here, but I will have a look, others may know more though.
