    No reception or able to send emails from my I pad in Spain!

    We have free wifi in hotel switched on
    And 3 g switched off yet having
    No reception or able to send or receive
    E mails
    Where am I going wrong?
    Please help thanks !

    When you go in to settings and look at wifi does it name a network? Perhaps you need a password, some hotels still require a password even for free wifi.
