Quite possibly, but no one knows anything for certain until a few days before release

If Apple follows their traditional business model, then its safe to assume it will be a march/april release.

Of course, Apple missed their last 'traditional' iPhone release timing by several months.

And so, all rumors remain rumors. Apple gives nothing away until they are ready.
