    3g and "Could not activate cellular data network"

    Anyone know why I have full bars but cant connect via 3g. Etisalat says all is correct on their end. The message is:

    "Could not activate cellular data network"

    This happened to me last night, just turn your 3g on. If that doesn't work, turn the 3g off, then on. Worked for me.

    I have read that the iPad 3G will work only with certain frequencies that are not common to all data providers. Perhaps your carrier does not use frequencies that the iPad can receive.

    Do a reset, that worked for me.
    New iPad wifi + 3G 64GB
    Paired with Macbook Pro
    Backed up to iCloud

    It may be due to the sim card you are using, or some other issue that could be related to a variation in where you are and where you bought it.
