About LinkBacksi find it frustrating that I cant get flash on ipad, is there an app that i can install to get flash working, if i jb my ipad can i get flash working, almost all the video sites require flash, including Facebook.. Whats up with that?

No there is no Flash support as it's not an open standard you wont see anyone putting out an iPhone OS version. Hopefully it'll drive web developers to start using HTML5 and ween away from Flash.
