In the iPad photos app is there a way to delete photos from the "Camera Roll" when I try to delete them it asks me if I want to 'delete everywhere as they are used in other folders, which I don't want to do as I've put them into their respective folders.

Is there an upgrade in the pipeline that anybody knows of? the iPad photo app is abysmal to say the least!
