Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.

Basically donard, what you say is right, the iPad is a lot more than the iPod, it is an extension of your computer as well as just a music player. It also plays videos very well! The iPhone is a totally different thing, although very much like a miniature iPad it also has the benefits of being a great phone. Whichever you choose, you will love using it.
The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it!!

Agreed. My biggest problem with phones and the iPod is that tiny screen. Maybe it's because I'm used to my 50" plasma or whatever but small screens are a huge turnoff for me on any device. You can only go so small before games or watching content just doesn't work.
