Just a few "puffs" of your own breath and a soft cloth do the trick. I would never use any chemicals or anything like that. It will ruin the coatings on the screen.

I just use a damp cloth followed by a polish with a dry one, works for me😊

Plush microfiber slightly damp with distilled water.
