Hi,
Need some help with iTunes , my laptop is crashing and I need restore it back to factory setting. This will wipe all my info including my I tunes. When I have it working again, will I be able to reload my info onto iTunes from the cloud or my iPad. Also when I sync my music with my iPad and iPod, it said some files can not be found and have not been loaded on to both. They were on my iPod and now not. Any ideas what happened.
