    Is it safe to give out your udid?

    Or beta testing and the like. I have done research and have seen all sorts of responses from no don't do it they can ruin your life to completely safe. What do you guys think?

    Yes it's safe. Currently any application can request your UDID in order to identify your unique device - though Apple is deprecating this feature and say they will remove it in a future release.
