So I was wondering, if I can back up my apps and tweaks to my pc so I don't have to re download them every time I restore my pad? Similar to a nandroid in the droid world? Mainly saved angry bird games and the like, even more awesome if I could transfer them between my iPad one and CDMA iphone

There is this thing called "iTunes". It works well for backing up apps and their data.

It is KISS. (keep it simple and stupid)

itunes for the apps and data.
