How do I create a photo album. Also, is there a cap lock function

In the future you can use the search function (located at the top of every page) to find answers prior to creating a new topic. This particular subject is covered in numerous threads and I'm sure you will find the answer that you're looking for. Based on that the question about creating a photo album would be a duplicate and will be closed.

With regard to the "cap lock" function, simply double-tap the capitalization key (up arrow on the bottom row of keys, either side) to type all caps, tap it once again to release it.
