    TW Cable App......buffers all the time

    I have a Time Warner Cable App and it will play a tv program for 30ish seconds then buffer for 10 or 20.....it's Impossible to watch a program....any suggestions???

    It's either a slow Internet connection, or the TW servers are over loaded with the amount of down loads. So if you Internet works fine with either you tube or red tube, then call TW and complain.

    The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
