Who knows. Itunes is possessed sometimes.
Is there help section there, you can access and see if that is a FAQ?

Try contacting Apple/iTunes support. They've been pretty good about getting back to me, and helping sort out strange issues. You can get there from the iTunes app(scroll to the bottom of the page) or the Apple web site.
I did a quick search of the FAQ's and didn't see any thing. Shoot them an email, they should respond sometime today.
