I have the iPad 1st gen and did not think there were enough improvements in the 2nd version to make it worthwhile selling the 1st one and buying the 2nd.

There will almost certainly be 3rd version of the iPad sooner or later, so what would you suggest they have in place in order to tempt you to upgrade.?

- higher screen resolution
- storage space should start at 32GB
- connect to wireless devices on auto (such as printers)
- greater compatibility with competing software (apps). For example, you should be able to open MS Office documents in Pages and also print from it
- much more powerful processor which can handle graphics in games like that of PS3 and Xbox. At the moment the ipad seems to be good for quirky games and not for serious gamers.
