Dude I don't think there is anyway of actually removing the scratch especially if it's deep. The best thing to do is invest in a LCD Screen Protector.

If you put a screen protector on it 9 time out of 10 you won't notice the scratch any more

I searched this out, it seems that you can also buff by hand according to another site. I'm not sure that this will work at all though, so be careful not to make things even worse. Alternatively, look for a pro that might do this for you. Good Luck!

Once you scratch a glass like object you can not get rid of any scratches unless you get it buffed out by machine hand buff will not cut the mustard
