We run Exchange Mail Server at the office and have iPads2. All of our users use Outlook 2007.

We have found that any new contacts that we add in Outlook on our desktop computers seems to sync fine to the Contacts App on the iPads, but if we edit or make changes to a contact in Outlook, those updates are not syncing to the iPad2.

Any suggestions on how to get the edited contacts to synced between both devices?
