    Docs to go or iwoks

Which is the best app to work with microsoft excel and word.

I would like to upload, make changes and send back to my computer, I keep a lot of my inventory on excel and receive emails from my daughter that include excel spreadsheets.

Thanks in advance for the help

    Laurie

Sounds like you'd be moving the same documents back and forth a lot, so Docs 2 Go, or QuickOffice would be your best bet.

The iWorks apps are great for creating documents on the iPad and have good export/import compatibility with Office documents. But the other two apps are more compatible, and since every time you pass an app back and forth you take a chance creating formatting errors, better stick with the most compatible app you can get.

The iWorks suite is the best priced office suite in existence, you really cant go wrong getting both at these prices

I downloaded the docs to go app, than I downloaded the app for my computer and went through a process and it said I was synched but now how do I upload the file I need.

It seems to think I am on a iPhone, but I know I downloaded the IPAD APP.

I jet do not know how to start, I am not very computer literate as you see, did I waste my money?

I don't have docs to go, but if I were trying to figure it out I'd read through this site.
