i'm using the ipad as a med student so most of the time its for reading textbooks and watching presentations. i'm using the Goodreader app. and the problem is i can't watch the remarks people added on the presentations (ppt files). can someone recomand on an app. witch is better with that?

Have a look at Apple's 'Keynote' app - it can display 'Presenter Notes'. There are details (the Apple Help Page) here

You need to be aware that all iPad apps are stripped down versions of their PC/Mac counterparts and can 'struggle' with very complex formatting. But Keynote does a more-than-adequate job of most presentations.
