I have a program to download newspaper but only for 5 newspapers. Somebody knows how to reset it to zero to start over ? or a method to delete all traces that this program usses ?

I am afraid, you got into the wrong forum. We don't give advice of how to cheat honest companies, that are giving you something free just for a taste.

But, o ironie, you give advice in installing cracked apps !!?

You will need to change the application to open the files based upon the extension of each file. So you will need to download a file type first and then by right clicking on the file, choose get info and look under "open with" to choose the appropriate application to open the file type.
