How well do think the iPad will hold its value in the run-up to, and after, the release of iPad 2?

Good stuff always holds it's value. iPod, iPhone and iPad are all the same in this way.

I assume you want to sale it now and wait few month for iPAD-2 .
If you can wait few month without an iPAD - You probably don't need it. So sale it, and wait 6 month. Maybe you will find something better then iPAD.
The prices of iPAD will most defiantly drop, and not only because of iPad-2, but other completion
