    all i see is the apple logo and the circle loading thingy in the backround but it is not moving ....very nervous ....please help

    wait nvm....i figured it out...but question...my ipad is jailbroken...everytime i shut it off I have to load it with Jailbreak State?

    Connect your iPad to iTunes --> Holding the Home button and the Power button for seconds --> then release the Power button --> iTunes pops up a message to ask you if the iPhone will be detected in recovery mode --> click OK button in iTunes -->click “Restore”.

    If the OS on your iPad is the latest, yes. There's no untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.2.1 yet.

    Edit: Apparently untethered jailbreak for 4.2.1 is in stable beta. See 4.2.1 Untethered Jailbreak Released!
