    Question ftp port 22???

    hi all i have been trying to ftp to my server on port 22, but cant seen to get an apps that can do this
    so i have came here for help..

    Dunno of any specific FTP apps, but port 22 is generally reserved for SSH. FTP typically uses port 21.

    The best FTP app out there is one called "FTP On The Go PRO" (best full FTP app) and GoodReader (best all around app, offers FTP)

    I have GoodReader connected to my NAS via FTP. Definitely port 21.

    Ports can be changed. while 99.99% will be standard, there may be reasons to change them. For instance - I have an FTP server set up on my NAS at home going to Port 21 and I have an FTP server set up on my MediaCenter set to Port 22.
