With so many programs cumulating on the iPAD I am getting a bit lost.
I know that it is possible to group them into "Folders" with a special name.
I want to keep many of them fully exposed on the page, but I am looking for some application that can assign a name for that page.

Here is what I am looking for . Any Idea ?

Aside from jail breaking, there is nothing I'm aware of to do what you're describing.

Besides grouping into folders, you could group like apps in a row or column, and use a wallpaper that had the labels in the background. Not exactly what you're looking for I know, but if the apps fit (this is where folders still comes in handy), your background can serve as labeled organization in the time being. Just throwin ideas at ya. I won't feel bad if you shoot this one down.

Now after I JB my iPAD I wasd looking again on Google for such an Application.
Funny enough the 1st pointer was my own request in our own "ipadforums" .
But then the next (from Jul 2011)
one was exactly what I was looking for .
It is a HB free tweak called "Pagenames"
