I just wandered, if it is possible that every region or country has a different display of applications.
I noticed that some times I read about some application and I can't find it.
Also happened to me, that I found the application, but got a message, that I can't buy it in my country.

So I guess Apple has different servers for iStore in deferent countries ( I am from Israel and iPAD was officially introduced here only this month)

Different stores for different countries due to things like licensing agreements, local laws, federal laws, trade agreements, etc, etc. There are many different reasons why an app may be available on your store but not on mine.

I'm sure there are ways around this, perhaps buying a US iTunes gift card online and then creating a US account with that and a fake address? I have no idea if this will work, it's just a guess. Or you can jailbreak your iPad and likely get that app from it's Appstore.

I think you'd also have to spoof your IP address, but yeah, every country or group of countries had its own version. Frequently app developers tout their apps as being Number 1 in Uzbekistan.
