Today I am surprise that MobileMe bill my credit card for SGD 148.

I do remember I sign up for trail run 3 month ago. And I though that after 3 month trail unless I sign up the service then they can bill me . But to my surprise they just bill me.

Do any know how to get back the amount ? As I never like to make use of their service.

No - the terms of service are that they renew and bill you unless you cancel before the trial is over.

You can call them and ask if they will release you because you forgot that you had to let them know. If you are polite, but firm, they usually will let you off the hook. They are under no legal obligation, but Apple makes decent efforts to work with customers.

There is not a service on the planet that will auto cancel you if you don't speak up...any free service is on the terms of you canceling or you will be auto renewed. Bad business otherwise.

Thank you for all your feedback. I want to try to contact them for the billing , but when I go to the web site , I am blur and not sure where I to post MSG and unable find any email.
