    Free MobileMe tracking

    Apple has announce that when they release iOS 4.2.1 this morning, they will also release MobileMe tracking for the iPad and iPhone 4. This will allow you to find your iPad if it disappears, and if need be, erase all your data to protect yourself. This will make things a lot more attractive for business users and those who keep sensitive information on their iPads.

    I have this vision of the near future. "Hello, police? My iPad just got stolen. You can find him at 221B, Baker Street, 2nd floor. He is unconscious because he has been zapped by the iPad and I can see him on the video camera. Please hurry, the dang thing only gets 6 hours of battery life with the disabler engaged".
