Ya know, I would be interested in knowing this too ~ I don't think we can though. I tried, once ~ hence the reason I have the same one for all.
Perhaps with the new OS update that is due out.

I can on my Mac Book Pro so it seems feasible that the iPad would allow.

Yeah if they truly want it to be business friendly, they gotta know people will screw around and do personal emails with it too.
