I just purchased a 16Gb wifi iPad for me mum! Now I'm faced with sifting through the app store to find apps she will enjoy.
She does word, number and logic puzzles in her weekly magazine she buys, so apps that will give her mental stimulation would be great. Also spatial orientation apps, although she has arthritis, so anything requiring fine motor skills might not work.
Any suggestion please?

Scramble CE is good, Solitaire, maybe. Does she like doing jigsaws? There are some nice art apps for that. Definitely Sudoku, as joyful suggests.

Words With Friends is a great app. Has a chat feature as well.
