I recently selected an app to download and two came down. My selected one downloaded just fine. The other unknown app constantly shows in a "waiting" state. The app is all white in appearance with no lettering. I have tried deleting it but the system won't allow it. Plus, when opening the APP app and select "updates". It says I'm all current. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the unknown app?

Until you see the off slider. Slide to off. iPad will be turned off, wait a couple of seconds. Press and hold down the sleep button until you see the Apple logo. Release and the iPad will reboot. That broken app will disappear.

The sleep button is in the upper right edge of the iPad when held in portrait.
