    iPad switched ITunes stores

    I have had my IPAD 2 for two years. Bought in UK and account with UK ITunes Store. I live in UAE Recently updated Software and now when I need to update apps it keeps telling me to switch to Emirati store as I don't have access to US and since update my UTube app has been deleted and it won't let me down load new one until I switch to Emirati store. Any hhelp appreciated.
