I can't remember if this was a cydia tweak, though I searched cydia and didn't find its the app that let's you figure out which app is what in ifile?

ive noticed that since installing it my sceen will freeze from time to time and i have to do a hard reset- im not entirely
sure its this tweak though could be something else let me know how it works for you.

iFile has the ability to ID each application (versus "just" seeing the long string of numbers for each app). To turn that function on, so you can get a plain English description of each app - go to the settings for iFile (the gear icon in the lower left). Select the "File Manager" tab and then turn the line titled "Application Names" to ON.

Makes it much easier to see what each app really is while you are in iFile.
