    Removing pictures without removing albums

    Is there anyway I can delete pictures to free up my space with out removing my albums?

    Welcome to the forum.

    I'm afraid not. The pictures are really not in your albums, but linked to them from your camera roll. If you want to free up lots of space just upload your pictures to Box or some other 'cloud' type app. That way they are available without using up your iPad memory.
