I can't watch replays of tv episodes, message states that this device does not support it ? Can anyone help me please

Well u don't say what format there in 2 apps to choose from avplayerHD or gplayer

Or you could convert what ever they are format to movie.mp4

The TV shows aren't Flash based, are they? If they were, they won't play directly on the iPad.

That is correct.

You can watch those programs (in app) if a television network in your country offers that feature.

You may also watch Flash content via a variety of Flash player apps or Browsers, listed in the Apple App Store.
