About LinkBacksIs the Ipad sim card the same as the one in the Iphone 4? If so and I put my Ipad sim in one would everything work other than voice calls?

If the Apple site is to be believed then you need a separate SIM, with a seperate serial number as your iPhone 4 SIM will be paired to your iPhone 4 - I may have misunderstood?
iPhone 32GB 3GS & iPad 32GB 3G - a matching pair!
