Yeah, I'm stuck at 148 floors. I've built all the promo floors and now it won't build anything but shelters without a ton of diamonds. I'm hoping this will change over time. I've got many bunker friends above this level, 1 guy is at 282!!

Speaking of diamonds, we need G5 to add a confirmation trigger to the use of diamonds. I've lost way too many of this incredibly rare commodity to inadvertent touches!

I almost threw in the towel. I turned in a complaint to G5E and waited for 2 weeks to fix my tunnel/friends issue. I was just about to giveup when I checked one last time last night when my 200+ friends appeared again inthe tunnels. In the last 2 weeks, I savedabout $10M at floor 99. So once the issue was cleared I bought 10 new floors atonce like my regular routine. I left theapp to check redbox for a movie night and when I returned 5 min later I openedthe app again and it was at the tutorial when you first start the game. I was at level 1 again!!!!! SOOO frustrating!! I also lost over 200+ friends, diamonds,& smoking fast elevator!!! So now, Iam rebuilding using the wisdom I gained from my last 109 floors and all theother posts here.

I could use my friends back and then some…..58ea890 out.

Please, please, please add me as a friend because for the fifth time I have lost everything in my game! I have contacted G5 every time. The first 2 times they said they would be in contact with me within 48 hours to resolve the problems but never did, the next 2 times they asked for info I had no way to give to them like screen shots of my game before and after the problems occurred which is impossible to do, and the last time they still haven't responded to my email! I am giving the game one final try because other than the problems I love the game and I am totally addicted to it!

The big red gift box trick explained better:

Each time you start the game, the game chooses what five delivery men will line up--although only four will remain in the queue at one time. Also whatever delivery guys you leave waiting, when you close, will be there when you start the game next time. So after you have no delivery guys waiting, you can completely close the game(remove from the task switcher) and the next time the delivery guys will be different. So upon starting the game, you can wait until four delivery guys line up and if none are the big gift, just clean the line out and restart like before. However, if one is the gift, clean out the line again. Then when the big gift guy if freshly added to the line, quickly send down the ones in front and leave him only waiting, and close out the game again like before. Once you get that first big gift, always close the game completely with the big gift only waiting until you get more of what you want. So if one day you play and you see another big gift waiting after the first, just be sure to close the game with both big gifts waiting, and so on for the third spot and the fourth.

Delivery guy values equal 3(small package), 6 (large package), 10(barrel), or 20(big red gift) multiplied by the floor level plus 1.

A few notes on this... If you are happy to always take down your one big gift as it arrives, it will keep arriving over and over. The same applies if you want to keep taking down the first two before the third has a chance to show up. It does not seem like you need to be at any certain level to get the big red gift, so you'll need to be patient if you really want it. And for those of you that are colorblind, do not worry the big red gift is very tall and it has a ribbon that crosses on top, you will not mistake seeing it. Finally, if a fifth delivery man shows up and your big gift guy gives up and walks away, after correcting the problem, the correct ordering of the delivery guys resumed--unsure if this applies to leaving the game running for a long time without watching

Does having specialized members with their matched floors give some kind of gold bonus? Beyond the potential for instant prep, what benefits are there to matching people with their specialties? Do the points that a prepper has in a category translate into extra gold somehow? extra speed maybe? is someone with 8 points in a skill category that much better than a prepper with 6? i haven't been able to figure it out.

Here's a tip I wish someone had told me in advance - you can't buy the fastest elevator with supplies! the fastest elevator costs 500, and the only way to get the best one is with diamonds. if your goal is the fastest one you may as well just cough up the dough up front.

Did anyone get the update yet?

I did the update... It is even more messed up than before... Have to re-train all my people, experiencing a lot of "force closes" - I have not played enough to tell if there are other issues...

I did the update about 45 minutes ago and the game crashed 3 times already.

And as already said, you have to retrain your preppers and the time wait is longer for the trainers now.

Anyone else tired of accidentally using diamonds when trying to prep? Wish they would come up with a safety feature to prevent this!

Anyone else have the tunnels always show as ready to collect supplies? I used to get around this by training a prepper and it would go away for awhile. Since the new update, that little trick is not working. Frustrated to check thru all my friends and find none ready to collect as well as being unable to skip past it with the side notification button.
