To those above...Something has happened at the server end...everyone is loosing their friends and adding friends to shelters and new friends is also jacked up. I am at level 50 and had almost 175 friends that i would hit every morning and this morning ALL but 4 are gone. Cant add anyone except trained to shelters. Everything just keeps timing out and all was working fine yesterday. Please don't say its internet cause I am typing this using the same internet service. G5 has some server bugs...PLEASE FIX IT!!!

UPDATE: Okay...self fixed the problem. 1st and most Important...MAKE sure you are SIGNED in to your Facebook account and do a few actions to insure your game has auto saved to FB. Close the app and then DELETE the app from your iPhone/iPad. Go to App Store and REINSTALL the game. You will have to watch the intro video and complete the first 2 floors before it gives you control. Log into your Facebook account and after a few seconds it will ask if you want to reload your saved game...CLICK YES. It will restart the app and everything will work as normal and all your friends will be there. Good Luck

It is frustrating and I apologize. I still only have 3 and have been trying for days to get the 4th but only got a barrel. It is random and to test it, I have started over in hopes of getting higher producing gift boxes. So far, no gifts have shown up in the last 48 hours, only one barrel. This validates randomness and I will just keep trying. Just always make sure that you get the package guys off and keep the present guys in the first/second positions and no others visable. You may have to let all of them deliver to get clear then let them reappear, send down those with packages until gift is in position one, close out game COMPLETELY. Then boot up. The gift guys will now be in position one, let the other three positions fill to see what you get and then do the above again. I hope that helps you a little better. Good Luck!

Both myself and my friend added 'canned food'. But the deference was that the coins price/item, he gets +300 for beans while I only got +10 for bean! Not just that, the canned food floor I built was lower than his!

The amount produced by each toon is his/her expertise and expertise level. Using your example: The canned food worker should Say his specialty is Canned Food and you have him/her assigned to the Canned Food Floor. He/She should also be a level 10 in Food/Water skill. This will give you the max gold for each product completed. Hope that helps!

I haven't been able to see requests and my person just keeps walking down the tunnel. Occasionally I'll get to the end but then it's just the free ones. Maybe it's something with the game. I haven't had access to those features for about 36 hours now

Tip: it seems when VIPs aren't giving you the gold offer after many tries go click a few other things and the next time you go back to the VIP, they offer gold within the first few offers

I'm having the same connection problems as frog mama. I can't access friends. I just keep walking down the tunnel. I can't add new friend to shelters or add new friends. I've signed out, closed game and relaunched a new app but still having problem. Any news on a fix? Please?

Hey has anyone had an issue with floors not opening up after signing back in to your game? I signed out to let my son play his and when I signed back in 2 of my promo levels won't open. They have the doors closed over them with no open button to push! Any help would be great.

A couple of questions, 1. Have there not been any more free floor code words figured out?
2. Can I set up a preppers game for my son on the same iPad I am playing on without losing or messing up my game. If so ho do I go about doing that?
3. I have seen people talking about logging their game out of Facebook to fix some problems but mine isn't with. Facebook, how do I link the game with fb?

Can't seem to get supplies from my friends in the tunnels. It looks like some others having that problem too? Any fixes? Also, I have run out of all normal floors to build so now I only have shelters and expert floors left. Does anyone have any new codes? Or does anyone know how to get access to the other floors without spending $?

Everyone...Please read posts above. There is a bug or a server problem at developer location. I have posted a bug report and recommend that EVERYONE do the same so they will fix the problem and we can get back to prepping before Doomsday!!! Here is the LINK

2. Unsure how to but do not think its possible based on FAQ at the developers website.
3. You must have a Facebook (FB) account. Click on the cog wheel at bottom and look at very bottom of window at a gray box...log into your facebook account there. This will auto save your game as you play.

@Guzzogal: To fix this problem, make sure your game is logged into your facebook account and do a few actions on some of your floors. Then completely close the game and then delete the game off of your ipad/iphone. Reinstall the game, open it up and it will start like a new game but after you complete the first two floors and it allows you control, then open up the cog wheel at the bottom and sign back into your facebook account. It will tell you that you have a saved game and ask if you want to load it...select YES and your game will load and should fix your bug and allow you to open the doors. REMEMBER, you will NOT loose anything as long as your game is SAVED to your Facebook Account.
