in the forset of dean how on earth do u get the hat out of the ice block?

Liverpoolgem in the forest of dean lake you have to lure the fire crab to the pile of embers next to the block of ice with the wizard hat. When the fire crab goes to shoot fire from its behind at you, make sure you are standing between it and the pile of embers. The fire from the crab will light the embers. After the embers are lit, the block of ice should just melt.

You just walk right up to it, and when It turns to attack you, slowly walk away, and it will follow you.

I absolutely can NOT get past the beginning of 6-4! Here's what I do: I switch to Dumbledore, walk up to the big glowing ball, take out my deluminator and hold down the wand tool. All I get is the spinning green circle. How do I get the light to go in to my deluminator? I'm so stuck, please help!

just walk past the glowing ball u dont need to use the deluminator

Yes you do. Otherwise it's too dark to see anything.

No, you don't even NEED the deluminator. You can't even use it. You have to walk right up to the orb while using lumos.
