Has anyone figured out why there are 4 locked characters left after all character tokens have been found?

I would sure like to know the answer also because I have asked it on at least 4 different occasions and finally gave up the game because I couldn't get any help.

I am soooo confused! I am in the beginning of book 6 in the shop. I cannot figure out how to use the potion or find the spectrospecs(sp).I cannot seem to find where to do the potions. i have two ingredients, one from the birds egg and one thats spikey. I am so confused!! What do i do?!

I finally found the last 4 characters I've spent ages looking for. In year 5, chapter 4, Hall of Prophecy, 2nd part where you have to defeat 3 death eaters holding characters hostage... on the very left hand side, beside where there was a gold hat and now should be a green checkmark... turn left and go up a little hill... destroy the pile of bones and those are the 4 characters.

So frustrating! Cave entrance, if you have passed this, please help!!! I can't seem to get the deluminator to work at all, I can't collect light from the light ball in the center, or disperse it into the lamps around, I've tried holding and aiming, but nothing! If you've passed this, please take 2 seconds to tell me what I'm doing wrong, everything I've found in help is for ds not iPad.

You have to get closer to the lamps.

Please help I can't find the last character token in Order of the Pheonix level 2 part 1. I have one with the snowmen and the basement but I can't find the last one please help.

Oh, THANK YOU, grens36!!!!!! I had tried and tried and tried for so long, and given up playing the game, because of Bathilda Bagshot's $&%$&%# books / cooker lock! Based on your reply, I used Hermione, and just kept making tiny changes in her position. Finally, I found "the spot" where I could make a charged spell at the lock on the cooker! Weird. No other place in the game seems to have been so picky about positioning (or else I'd lucked out and been on it accidentally). I don't know how many times I've tried to get past this (many many many many.....). YEAH!!!

By the way, sorry I don't remember exactly where it was, but playing on last night sometime soon past Bathilda's, I found another spot where exact positioning was required to get a charged spell to work. (Of course, it's hard to know if it's the case where tiny tweeks to position are needed, or if in fact you still have to do other things before the game will allow it to activate...)

Anyway, thanks again! I'm soooooo happy to be able to play past that point, finally!

How do I get Slughorn butterbeer in Half Blood Prince Chapter 2?? I'm on the iPad by the way!!
