In the main menu where you can chose 'career mode' there will be a option called 'pit lane' in there you will be able to buy cars and play

You have to start with a low price car then work your way up you can also race on line

but it wont let me go to carrear mode . window pop up saying you need to buy car. really appriciated for your help
