I am having trouble getting this game to recognize when I am picking up or moving an item. The item will go to the bottom left corner with an orange ring around it and then float back to the starting point. I cannot control it or pick it up. Any suggestions?

If I remember correctly, you tap on the encircled item and then tap on the place you want to use it. You do not drag it over - then it tends to go back to the place you collected it. I finished this game a while ago so my memory might be faulty. I do recall having similar issues but with trial and error found the right way to use the object.

Thx for your response. I tried tapping. It doesn't matter how I touch the circle or the item in the circle. It still just floats back to the top. I am starting to think this is the same problem others have encountered at others points in the game.

I went back to the game briefly. It works if you drag/pull the item within the starlike object to the place you want to use it. It sometimes takes morevthan one try but it does work.

I tried tapping, dragging, and various combinations of both - didn't work. Tried touching/dragging/tapping in various places on the object, on the ring, in the ring - nada. Tried tapping/touching/dragging at various points as the ring moved to and from the original starting point -again, didn't work.

Can you help with the telescope? Is there a gear to insert? Any advice? Thanks.

I need help trying move the board over the hole to get up the stairs. I cant pick it up :/ help please?

I couldn't find the ring in Lydia's room!! Anyone help? I've been finding this for 3days

I'm having the exact same problem, only a bit worse, I can't even "select" the board under the rock. (Been trying for days) How did you "select" the board ?? Thanks
