Should be able to via Find My IPad in Settings and through iCloud.

You'll have to download the Find m iPhone app from the App store and turn it on in Settings.
Despite the name it is a universal app and works both on the iPhone and iPad. If you iPad is not 3G then it will only work when the iPad is connected to a wi-fi network, and it will be less accurate due to the lack of a GPS in your device.
