Hi and welcome! If your DVDs are ripped to one of the video formats playable on iPad (MP4, H.264, MOV), add them to iTunes and sync them to your iPad. They will show up in the Video app and you are set to go. Enjoy!

Google "videora" its free software for your pc.. Not sure about mac..and will convert any video/movie into the correct format and you can also play with the quality and sound to make the file size smaller etc... Great software, i have used since ipods could first play video!!
All the best.

Well, just sync the ripped DVDs to your iPad via iTunes, tips to sync.
* In order to be able to sync video to the iPad, make sure the box next to "Sync Movies" at the top of the screen is checked. If it's not, you won't be able to sync movies at all.
* If it's checked, but the check box below it is not, you can select individual movies from your library. Check the box next to the name of the movie you want to sync (unchecked movies will not be added to your iPad).
* If you check the "Automatically add" checkbox under the "Sync Movies" box, you can choose to automatically add all movies in your library to your iPad each time you sync.
*For more fine-grained control over what movies get synced, choose options from that menu like most recently added or unwatched moves.
BTW, for sync more contents like music, photoes to iPad, you could get the full tips from "Sync Content to the iPad with iTunes" in iFunia iPad column.
