All the .pdf file I receive by email are saved in iBook ...
Is is possible to save a .pdf file outside iBook app, how about if I want to save or to move to a different folder?

i am not sure but you may try GoodReader
You can install dropbox, and save to there
Sure, you can. Just remember that once a PDF is in iBooks, there is no "Open In..." function to open it in another app (as there is in other apps). You'll have to e-mail it from iBooks and then use the "Open In..." function in Mail.

I'm new to iPad thus sorry if my terminology is not right ...
What I meant is, since .pdf file are stored within iBook application I suppose physically the file is stored in some kind of iBook folder ...
I see you suggest my to open it with Dropbox for example and then he will be saves in the Dropbox cloud and/or local cache I suppose ...
My question is if it would possibly to create (please allow me to a pc language) a local folder for instance MyOfficePDF on my desktop and save there my .pdf file outside iBook and outside Dropbox ...
